You may request the closure of your lunastoto Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access and use the platform is immediately revoked.
